Alli K. Nelson is a dedicated non profit leader in Kansas City with a passion for movement. Starting from an early age, Alli enjoyed the social aspects of team sports and has found that same connection in CrossFit and TRX training as an adult. Alli seeks to support folks wherever they may be at on their fitness journey by helping folks to get stronger, build endurance, and grow their confidence. In her classes, you can expect an inclusive and upbeat environment featuring a mix of cardio and strength training. When Alli isn’t at the gym, she enjoys empowering youth at her full time gig, spending time with her husband and daughter, soaking up the sun, and working in her garden.
