I earned my Personal Training Certification 2018 and became a Certified TRX instructor the same year. I became a Certified Precision Nutrition Coach in 2020 and a Theragun Recovery Specialist in 2021. | enjoy helping people learn more about nutrition, behavior habits and finding enjoyable movement and exercise to help them stay strong, healthy and mobile for as many years as possible.
