I know this seems a little off from my positive uplifting emails, but its time for a wake up call! We can’t keep falling into a cycle of dieting, losing weight, gaining weight, losing weight, putting it back on! We live in a country that centers its social gatherings around food. We have grown up with comfort foods which we develop a deep connection to, and makes us feel joy and loved. It’s very important in human nature to have those connections and memories of loved ones or special times, but we have grown to want and have those types of foods that are comforting and usually unhealthy EVERYDAY! This is leading to your scale not moving or your jeans not fitting even though you have been working out ALL THE TIME, but aren’t as diligent to your diet “because its too hard”.
Believe me working out will DRAMATICALLY help improve your body composition, but if you are not 100% dedicated to improving your diet then you might as well not even workout. You can GAIN so much from just changing your relationship with food from being PLEASURE to being FUEL! We eat to LIVE, not live to EAT!
